RGB-Series
PowerHandling’s battery-operated RGB-SERIES comprises a range of compact, yet incredibly powerful devices that allow a single operator to safely, quickly and easily move heavy loads.
They are available in a variety of power levels (40, 50 or 70) with many unique capabilities including variable speed (forward & reverse throttle), a sophisticated controller (monitors machine, controls amps, volts, temp, etc), a multi-adjustable handle assembly (to adjust to operator height), a patented heavy-duty direct drive unit that houses the high-torque sealed brushed motor-gearbox (excellent for resisting up to 5 times the impact of traditional chain-sprocket designs).
The RGB also comes with three handle options; a swivel-&-Pivot handle (swivels left, right, forward and backwards), a swivel handle (swivels left & right only), and a center straight handle (fixed straight handle suitable if the optional pusher bracket is utilized).
Other options such as the “Slip-On Pusher Bracket Attachment” which provides the ability to convert this roller into a pusher is also available.
High Performance quick-change battery packs
The RGB SERIES features a quick-connect “drop-in” design battery pack that houses a high performance NiMH cells in a strong, impact resistant nylon shell. Battery packs can be switched easily between machines and charger, ideal to maintain an uninterrupted operation.
The Bottom Line
PowerHandling offers a broad range of roll moving solutions making PowerHandlers the most compact, powerful & easy-to-use machines of their type in the world.
Features and Specifications
- Heavy duty direct-drive design
The patented “Solid Direct Drive” houses the high-torque sealed brushed motor-gearbox in a more compact and maintenance-free solution that results in more than 5 times the impact resistance of traditional, chain-sprocket designs. - All-welded, battery-in-case chassis
The base chassis is a very strong, impact resistant structure, welded from 6 mm plate steel into a very rigid “box” design that is then chrome plated. - Unmatched maneuverability
Extra-large, heavy duty rear wheels – made with a cast steel core, double sealed ball bearings and bonded urethane tread for easy maneuvering. - Variable speed
The comfortable impact resistant throttle grip provides a smooth, step-less, variable speed and constant torque operation, plus forward / reverse functionality. - Sophisticated controller
The RGB monitors and protects its machinery by continuously measuring amps, volts, temperature, battery condition, duty cycle and numerous other vital features. Alerting the operator of any issues that may cause damage to the machine, in addition to reducing the amps to prevent damage – which greatly reduces risk. - Multi-adjustable handle assembly
The RGB features a handle assembly that extends up to 470mm / 18.5″ to suit various operator heights. By incorporating other handles the ability to swivel and pivot is achieved and allows the operator to access even the most hard-to-get into situations. - High-performance quick-change battery packs
Featuring a quick-connect “drop-in” design battery pack that houses high performance NiMH cells in a strong, impact resistant nylon shell. Runs times will typically exceed an 8 hour production shift. - Intelligent quick-charger

Optional Extras – Three Handle Options
- Swivel-&-Pivot Handle (SP)
Swivels left/right and forward/back. Ideal for when heavy objects need to be pushed and pulled. - Swivel Handle (S)
Swivels left/right only – ideal for moving heavy loads forward. - Center Straight Handle (C)
The rigid, straight handle is required if a pusher bracket is desired.
Optional Extras – Slip-on pusher bracket attachment
The Pusher Bracket attachment with a Center Straight Handle turns the RGB from a roller into a pusher – allowing an operator to push loads such as carts and trolleys.
